Payments

We accept pretty much every payment method out there.  
You can pay using: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Venmoe, and we are adding more as they keep coming out with more payment options. 

Our entire checkout process is extremely easy and 100% Secure.  We use Shopify Payments to process all of the above payment options and it is 100% Secure.

"Shop Pay" option allows you to Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL).  You can pay for your wheels in multiple installments over time.  You will find this option in our checkout.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy.
Only Factory Car Wheels which have not been used may be returned.  
Please contact us via our Contact Page or simply reply to your Order Confirmation Email and explain why you are wanting to return you Wheels.  We will review and reply with an email providing an RMA Number (return material authorization) and the correct warehouse address to return your order.  We suggest using UPS or FedEx to return your order and keep your tracking number receipt.  

Be sure the OEM Wheel is packaged the exact same as it was received.  Please ensure that any cardboard fillers, foam, or plastic covers are the same as received.  We take great care to protect the Face and Lip of the Wheels and need the wheel received in perfect unused condition in order to process the return.

Please include the RMA Number in the Ship To Address Name in your shipment - the name on the label.
Example Ship To Name:  "FLW Warehouse Tampa /  RMA 46258"

After the unused wheel is received, accepted, and processed, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.  Expect to see your refund within 2 weeks of us receiving your return.  Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.  This is due to the original shipping cost, handling time, and credit card fees.  

Shipping

 Plan on 5-8 business days to receive your order after the day of your order.  Some orders do arrive in the 4-6 day range, but to be on the safe side, plan on 5-8 business days.  

We ship via UPS and FedEx Ground.
We ship from many warehouse locations accross the USA and try to ship from the closest locations.

It is extremely rare these days to receive a damaged Car Rim.  With modern day boxes and packaging materials and UPS & FedEx handling packages with great care, we have had great success shipping our products.  

When you receive your OEM Car Rim, you will see that they are packaged very well.  We use strong cardboard boxes with additional cardboard inserts, foam covers, plastic rings, plastic covers, and whatever it takes to be sure the Rims are protected for the ride.

If you do receive a rim with shipping damage on the face of the rim, please take pictures of the damage on the rim along with pictures showing the damage to the box.  Please send us an email to info@finishlinewheels.com or reply to your order confirmation email, and include a message about the situation and include the images of the damage.  We will reply ASAP with next steps.
